School Audits

Schools audit their accounts on a regular basis, however, a comprehensive picture of the teaching-learning process helps plan continuity and progression in learning. It helps assess the effectiveness of the institution by understanding its strengths and areas of development and provides the road map for further development which is in sync with the latest educational practices.

We conduct school surveys. The objective is to strengthen best practices existing in schools and recommend others drawn from the best education systems. We audit non-financial aspects of schools and create customized reports that allow schools find their unique path while fulfilling their mission, and become leaders in providing education that actualize the potential of staff and students.

Policies are the backbone of an efficient school. Clearly documented policies help establish systems and processes in place, create standards of quality for teaching-learning, safety and governance and ensure these systems are uniformly understood and implemented by all stakeholders.
