You talk, We Listen
We connect with a touch of care and help parents in their journey with their children from prenatal stage to adolescence.
Psychotherapy aims to help people with serious psychological disorders to understand and change complex, deep-seated and often unconsciously based emotional and relationship problems thereby reducing symptoms and alleviating distress.
The relationship with the therapist is a crucial element in the therapy. The therapist offers a confidential and private setting which facilitates a process where unconscious patterns of the patient’s inner world become reflected in
the patient’s relationship with the therapist (transference). Through clinical case discussions the participants learn the clinical use of psychoanalytic techniques specially Projective Identification and Counter transference. In every seminar one person provides clinical material which makes for the discussion material. These seminar groups are not supervision groups but a psychoanalytic learning space.
A shared space of learning is created for counsellors, therapists & mental health professionals where they come together and discuss clinical papers & readings related to a topic pre-decided by the group thereby developing newer perspectives and enhancing group learning.
The group decides to meet weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending upon availability of members and the topics are chosen unanimously to cover certain aspects of learning that also lead to an upgradation of skills.
